Manage your catalogs
A project can hold as many catalogs as you need. You switch between them with the catalog selector at the top of each app.
Catalogs in the sidebar lists every catalog in the project with the source it draws from, and opening one shows its details. "Manage catalogs" at the bottom of the catalog selector opens the same list.
The catalog list is read-only today. Renaming, deactivating and reactivating a catalog, described below, are not available in the dashboard yet — ask us and we will change it for you.
Rename a catalog
Give a catalog a clear, recognisable name so it's easy to pick from the selector — for example the store or market it represents. Renaming a catalog only changes its label; it does not affect the products inside it or the apps that use it.
Deactivate a catalog
Deactivate a catalog you're no longer working with to hide it from the catalog selector and pause the work the apps do on it (price monitoring, scheduled feeds, and enrichment). Its configuration is kept, so nothing is lost.
Reactivate a catalog
Reactivate a previously deactivated catalog to bring it back into the selector and resume the apps' work on it, using the same source and sub-selection it had before.
